TFSA contribution room
Cumulative room since you turned 18, from the published annual limits.
A starting point, not tax advice. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
What this does not cover. An estimate from the published limits. Your official room is in your CRA account, and it is the only figure that accounts for residency and every past transaction.

How this works
What the number means
If you are a resident of Canada, TFSA room starts to accumulate in the year you turn 18. The annual limits begin in 2009, so room counts from 2009 or the year you turned 18, whichever is later. The limit has changed several times — $5,000 at first, $10,000 for 2015 alone, $7,000 for 2026.
Withdrawals are added back to your room, but not until 1 January of the following year. Re-contributing in the same year you withdrew is the single most common way people over-contribute.
Over-contributions are taxed at 1% a month on the excess, for every month it stays there.
Worked example. Someone who turned 18 in 2009 and has never contributed has accumulated the full cumulative limit — the calculator totals the published annual amounts for you.

Rates change. The CRA page is the authority, and these are reviewed every January.
Questions
What do I need to bring to the first conversation?
Nothing prepared. It helps to know roughly what your revenue looks like, whether you are incorporated, and whether you have employees. Documents can follow once you know what you need.

Next step
Want someone to check the real figure?
A calculator estimates. A consultation answers for your actual situation. The first one is free.
