A client, in her words

The team at Indovation was very professional and kind. They helped me file my taxes on time, without hassle, without charging exorbitant amounts of money. Reliable, and will definitely go back to them for my accounting needs.

Questions

Common questions

Who do you work with?

Small incorporated businesses and sole proprietors across Vaughan and the GTA, and individuals filing personal returns. Business work is the main focus: monthly bookkeeping, payroll, GST/HST and corporate year-ends.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many transactions you have, how many people you pay and how complex the year-end is. There is no charge for the first consultation, and you can ask what a piece of work will cost before you commit to it.

Do I need to be in Vaughan?

No. Work can be done remotely by email, phone or video anywhere in Canada. If you would rather meet in person, the office is at Unit 238, 7250 Keele Street in Vaughan.

I am behind on past years. Can you still help?

Yes. Prior-year personal and corporate returns can be prepared and filed. Bring whatever records you have — a gap in the paperwork is normal and is part of the work.

How soon can you start?

Book a consultation and you will get a straight answer about timing for your situation. Availability is tighter between February and April.

Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough to tell you whether this is a fit and what it would involve. The first consultation is free.
