The practice
Who runs it
Indovation was founded by Adit Raj Walecha. He has worked in accounting internationally for close to a decade, beginning in India, and has been practising in Canada since 2019.
The practice is deliberately small. You deal with the person doing the work rather than being passed down a chain, which is the main reason clients give for staying.

Sector experience matters less than it sounds for bookkeeping, and more than it sounds at year-end — knowing which costs a contractor capitalises, or how a healthcare practice bills, saves a round of questions.
Method
How the work runs
Most clients are on a monthly cycle: records in, books reconciled, remittances prepared, and a short summary of where things stand. Year-end is then a continuation rather than an excavation.
Work is done remotely by email, phone or video for clients anywhere in Canada, and in person at the Vaughan office for those who prefer it.
What this does not cover
Indovation prepares books, returns and filings. It does not provide formal opinions on financial statements for a bank or another lender, and it does not give licensed financial-product advice.
If your situation needs either, you will be told at the first conversation and pointed toward someone licensed for it.
